Return Policy

If you need to make a return, you will need to contact us within 3 business days from the day you received your order to get a Return Authorization #. If the reason for the return is a mistake on our end such as incorrect items or damaged items, a full refund will be issued.  If there is not a problem with the order and you are wanting to return the items for other reasons, you will be issued a refund for the items only, not shipping. A 15% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PACKAGES UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE R.A. # FROM US WHICH WILL NEED TO BR VISIBLE ON THE PACKAGE.
